What we run in Vaughan
Vaughan is a wedding market, and it shows in what gets booked. The typical enquiry here is a 6-hour evening on a property in Woodbridge or Kleinburg, sixteen hookahs, illuminated bases and a branded flavour stand, running alongside a marquee reception. It is the service area where the Showpiece package gets picked most often and almost never gets picked down.
The estate properties north of Major Mackenzie are the easiest events we run anywhere — space, power, and a clear path for load-in. The trickier ones are the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre towers, where the answer is the same as downtown Toronto: private terrace yes, enclosed amenity room no.
We are also in and out of the Woodbridge banquet venues often enough to know which have workable outdoor areas, which is not something the venue websites tell you.

Vaughan questions
Asked here specifically.
Can you run alongside a wedding marquee?
Yes, and it is most of what we do in Vaughan. A marquee with at least two open sides is not an enclosed space, so a setup inside or beside it is fine. We normally place the hookah lounge just off the main marquee so the smoke is not sitting over the dinner tables.
How far ahead should we book a Vaughan wedding?
Four to six weeks for a Saturday between May and September. It is the one service area where we regularly turn away dates, because a wedding books the whole evening and the whole kit — we cannot run a second event the same night.
Do you supply the branded flavour stand for weddings?
Yes, it is an add-on in the builder and it is the one most Vaughan bookings take. It puts the flavour list on a printed stand in your own type rather than ours, which matters when the setup is in every photograph.
