What we run in Toronto
Toronto is our busiest service area and the one with the most rules. Almost every enquiry that fails here fails for the same reason: the venue is enclosed. Bars, restaurants, banquet halls and any patio with a roof and walls are all out under the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017, and no amount of asking nicely changes it. What works is open air — rooftops, backyards, terraces, and marquees with at least two open sides.
In practice that means a lot of downtown rooftop bookings in the King West and Liberty Village towers, back gardens in Leslieville, Roncesvalles and the Junction, and larger marquee setups on the properties up around Forest Hill and Lawrence Park. Parking and load-in is the other Toronto-specific problem — if you are in a tower, tell us about the loading dock and the service elevator when you book, not on the night.
We serve the whole of the old city plus North York and East York on the same terms. Scarborough and Etobicoke have their own pages because the travel maths differs.

Can we have shisha on a restaurant patio in Toronto?
Only if the patio is genuinely open air. The Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017 bans smoking and vaping on any bar or restaurant patio in Ontario, covered or not — that is a specific prohibition, not a general one about enclosed spaces. Private events on a rooftop, terrace or back garden that is not a licensed food-service patio are a different matter and are fine.
Do you handle condo tower load-in?
Yes, and it is worth flagging early. Give us the loading dock hours, whether a service elevator has to be booked, and how far the roof deck is from it. We carry the kit in cases and it fits a standard service lift, but a tower that requires a 6pm dock booking for an 8pm start is something we need to know before the day.
What is the travel fee to downtown Toronto?
